Forth Park provides the planning and overall management of complex strategic design and construction programs. We co-ordinate and facilitate communication with all the program participants, key stakeholders and regulatory agencies in the planning, design and implementation of each of our programs.

Planning

The planning phase involves the development of a program master schedule and budget and involves facilitating regulatory approval and permits involving negotiation with regulatory agencies and various third parties. During the program planning phase, we establish a critical risk register to assist in risk reduction and mitigation.

Design and Construction

During the design and construction phases of a program, Forth Park facilitates communication and co-ordination with all invested parties, providing program control services which include budget monitoring and schedule tracking alongside effective periodic reporting.
